A single cut of premium Beef Sirloin, selected for its tenderness and depth of flavour, grilled to perfection and finished tableside with our signature Café de Paris–style sauce. Served alongside our signature Handmade Fries, prepared through a meticulous three-step process of hand-cutting, blanching, and double-frying for an irresistibly crisp exterior and delicately light interior, accompanied by a fresh farm-to-table Garden Green Salad.
