Menu & Reservations

  • At Potager, we take pride in ensuring only freshly prepared ingredients are used for each course. As part of our efforts to reduce wastage, a deposit of MYR 350 per person is required to guarantee the booking confirmation. (For lunch service bookings, there is no deposit requirement at this current time)
  • Reservations are accepted up to 12 hours in advance. Kindly note that reservations are not confirmed until the booking form is submitted, and you have received a confirmation email.

  • The Potager experience is designed to unfold over a leisurely 90-120 minutes (5-course tasting menu) and 150-180 minutes (9-course tasting menu), we kindly ask that you honour your reservation time, to ensure that both you, and our other guests enjoy the dining experience to the fullest.
  • Last seating for lunch service is 1:00PM, and for dinner service is 8:00PM. We will hold your table for 15 minutes, after which without any notice from you, we will have to cancel your booking.
  • If your entire group isn’t present within 15 minutes of your reservation, we may need to adjust your seating arrangements or/and timing to ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. However, please do note that we are unable to accommodate: Allium free and/or Coeliac disease

Potager is a cashless establishment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

At the heart of Potager’s experience is our show kitchen. Hence, our seating arrangements are intended to cater for the full experience.

Reservation for 1 guest is subject to availability.

We welcome children aged 12 years and above in Potager to enjoy the full dining experience with our tasting menus. However, it’s important to note that our environment might not be fully conducive for children. We do not have specific facilities such as high chairs or specialised children’s menu at this time. Your understanding in this matter is deeply appreciated as we strive to create an atmosphere that is comfortable for all our guests.

Potager’s dress code is strictly semi-formal. For men, we require attire with a collar and long trousers. Sports attire, hoodies, cap, flip flops and sandals are restricted. (For lunch service, we allow non-collared shirts within our semi-formal guidelines)

We love celebrations at Potager and we are honoured when our guests choose to dine with us on a special occasion. However, we do not encourage bringing celebratory cakes, and instead request that our guests make a note of the celebration during their reservation. We will then do our best to make the experience a memorable one.

Guests are welcome to grace our tables with a single floral bouquet, adding a touch of natural beauty to Potager. For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that balloons, table decor and confetti not to be used during your visit.

Should you wish to bring additional floral arrangements or balloons, our team will be on hand to hold them aside for you until the end of your dining experience, as we understand the importance of capturing your cherished moments.

For private dining room reservations, we offer the opportunity to create a tailored ambiance. Our dedicated team can provide you with detailed information about our trusted affiliated decorator, who is poised to assist in making your experience truly exceptional.

Our guests are welcome to bring up to two bottles of wine, sparkling wine, sake, or hard liquor (750ml and below) per party (Malaysian duty paid).

Our corkage fee for a 750ml bottle of wine or sake is MYR 150.

Our corkage fee for a 700ml bottle of hard liquor is MYR 250.

By bringing in wine or liquor to Potager, guests represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary permits, paid all required taxes, and complied with all relevant laws related to the transportation, possession, and consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who fail to comply with the laws or regulations. In the event of any legal actions, fines, penalties, or costs incurred by Potager due to the unlawful actions of a guest, that guest agrees to indemnify and reimburse Potager for any such expenses.

  • Cancellations are valid only if done via email at bonjour@potagerkl.com or via phone at +6012 6233 152.
  • Cancellations made 12 hours (or less) before the reservation date, or no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation charge via credit card of MYR 350 nett per guest.
  • Changing the reservation date after the cancellation deadline constitutes a late cancellation and will be subject to a charge of MYR 350 nett per guest.
  • By submitting a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions set out by the Cancellation Policy.

As an effort to eliminate food wastage, if you have been in close contact with an infected person, please inform us at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. Last minute cancellations or no-shows due to covid-19 falls within the cancellation policy and would be liable to cancellation charges. Potager reserves the right to charge your credit card MYR 350 nett per guest. By submitting a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions set out by the Cancellation Policy. Deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable.

Our four Private Dining Rooms have a seating capacity of 10 guests each.
